Learn about the importance of clean water and water systems with the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) on Saturday, May 3.
At Mission Creek Regional Park, the RDCO will be hosting the 'Wonders of Water' event for community residents and families to attend.
"We香蕉视频直播檙e inviting the public to help us release Kokanee salmon fry into the spawning channel," said Jill Hamilton, supervisor, RDCO Parks visitor services and community relations. "It's an exciting chance to see the salmon's life cycle up close and learn more about salmon in the Okanagan.香蕉视频直播�
There will be interactive stations for those in attendance to learn how to protect safe water systems in the Okanagan. At 11 a.m. as well as 12 and 1 p.m., people can help release baby kokanee salmon fry into Mission Creek. Other activities will include:

- Climate Chemistry Conclusions 香蕉视频直播� Explore the science of water and climate.
