However, a next step has now been taken, with a real estate listing on Unison HM Commercial Realty, priced for $12.95 million.
The 1.97-acre corner lot at Springfield Road and Dilworth Drive is currently zoned C2, Commercial, but has the potential in the future to be zoned for rental apartments or a high-rise condo.
Orchard Park Mall, kitty corner to the farmerÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s market site, is the current owner.
A move to the downtown core on Clement Avenue was rejected by the marketÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s members in 2014, resulting in the resignation of society president Wolfe Wesle.

It is unknown at this time where another potential location for the market would be.
