Team RBC did some team building in Kelowna while giving back to the community.
The BC Financial Planning group of about 30 people gathered in blue on July 24 for a meeting at the Delta Grand before heading out to volunteer at the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
"We felt it was important to come together not just as colleagues and employees, but also as members of the broader community where we could give back and support an important organization such as the food bank," said team member Paula D'Souza in an email to Capital News. "It was a powerful experience for us to engage with directly and meet the incredible volunteers at this location whose compassion and dedication drive such important work."
The team put together 172 hampers, filled over 200 cartons of eggs, and prepared 136 snack packs.
