The love they shared at just 19 years old has stood the test of time.
Harry and Faye Wilson were married Aug. 9, 1952.
The Vernon couple are now celebrating their 73rd wedding anniversary.
The couple has five children, 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
"They got married when they were 19," daughter Nadine Wilson said.
While there were some troubled times, perhaps a few arguments, the couple persisted over all these years. Something not as evident in today's relationships.
"People right now, they don't have the same commitment," Nadine said.
