Lillyfest is returning for a second year of live music and skateboarding competitions at Coldstream's Creekside Park Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025.

A North Okanagan festival is returning for a second round of rowdy music and steezy shredding at the end of August.

Following the enthusiastic reception of its inaugural 2024 run, Lillyfest is back bigger than ever. This year's festivities will be held at Creekside Park in Coldstream Saturday, Aug. 30.

It's a family-friendly, youth-focused event that promises a full day of live music, high-energy skateboarding competitions and local artisan vendors, all free to attend.

Lillyfest comes by way of a collaboration between Local Losers Underground, Okanagan Skate Co. and the V.O.I.C.E. Society. It's designed to celebrate the vibrant fusion of music, skate culture and community engagement that is alive and well in the North Okanagan.

"Lillyfest is our love letter to the community香蕉视频直播檚 creative underground," said Noah MacLeod, owner of Local Losers Underground. "It香蕉视频直播檚 about amplifying the voices of local youth and artists 香蕉视频直播 whether they shred guitars or skate decks. We香蕉视频直播檙e proud to bring this event back with even more energy than last year."

The event was hosted at Vernon's Polson Park skate park last year but is moving to Creekside for its bigger skate area and increased room for the stage and a large expected turnout.

"Lillyfest is a space where young skaters get to push their limits while being celebrated by their community,香蕉视频直播 said Silas Langer of Okanagan Skate Co. 香蕉视频直播淚t香蕉视频直播檚 more than competition, it香蕉视频直播檚 connection, culture, and pure excitement."

Admission is free and open to all ages.

The second annual Lillyfest is made possible thanks to backing from Creative BC, the provincial government, the Regional District of North Okanagan, Tourism Vernon and private sponsors including Evolve Marketing, Transition Marketing Services and Freshco Vernon.
