Fixing its eyes and ears on the heavens to celebrate the holiday season, the AURA Chamber Choir presents two shows of Christmas carols.

From Heaven on High takes place Saturday Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 3 at 2 p.m., at Trinity United Church.

The program starts with, There Shall a Star from Jacob Come Forth by Felix Mendelssohn and finishes with Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams, featuring baritone Vince Walzak, cellist Laura McPheeters and the Wind Jammers Woodwind Quintet.

香蕉视频直播淎lso included are sets of carols recounting angels, stars, birds, weather 香蕉视频直播� all things that have come from Heaven at Christmas 香蕉视频直播� with audience singalongs sprinkled in like fresh falling snow,香蕉视频直播� said AURA香蕉视频直播檚 Johanna de Bruijn.

The Chamber also presents the W. L. Seaton Honour Choir under the direction of their award-winning teacher (and AURA member) Lana O香蕉视频直播橞rien.

香蕉视频直播淕et ready for some Gospel fireworks,香蕉视频直播� said de Bruijun, adding the Wind Jammerswill also be presenting a selection of classical favourites.

New to the Saturday show is a silent auction to help raise funds for the spring production of Bach香蕉视频直播檚 St. John香蕉视频直播檚 Passion.
