Young athletes will take part in the Kelowna Kids Triathlon on Sunday, July 27.
The triathlon covers swimming, biking, and running, with events taking place at the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre and Mission Recreation Park. The bike and running courses will take place on closed roads around the park.
To accommodate the triathlon, the front access road and traffic circle loop in front of MNP Place and the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre will be closed from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
A portion of Lequime Road behind MNP Place will be closed to accommodate the racecourse.
Also, there will be no transit access in front of H2O, and part of the parking lot in front of MNP Place will be closed to accommodate the temporary transit exchange area.
Exit from the parking lot onto Gordon Drive will be directed via Lequime Road only.
