Lace up your shoes and get ready to make a difference as Kelowna Gospel Mission香蕉视频直播檚 (KGM) Strides Event is back for its 14th year.

The annual walk/run fundraiser is on Saturday, May 10. Participants can choose from a two or five kilometre walk, or take on a five or 10km run to help support Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 unhoused community. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., with the walk/run beginning at 10:00 a.m.

香蕉视频直播淏y joining Strides, you香蕉视频直播檙e not just participating in a walk or run you香蕉视频直播檙e standing up to protect and support some of Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 most vulnerable neighbours when they need it most,香蕉视频直播� said the Kelowna Gospel Mission in a release.

As summer approaches, extreme heat, dehydration, sunstroke, and a lack of safe, shaded spaces pose serious risks for those without shelter.

Funds raised through Strides go toward shelter, medical care, clean water, and outreach programs.
