Lake Country Council will be hearing of the next phase for a development project later in June that, if passed, will see an emergency exit route constructed for Copper Hill subdivision.
The new construction access road will extend off of Sherman Road through to McCarthy Road and connecting to Bottom Wood Lake Road. This will assist with development activities while limiting construction traffic in other neighbourhoods.
"By planning for road infrastructure in advance of an anticipated development proposal, we香蕉视频直播檙e not only working to strengthen emergency response capabilities with a secondary exit route, but enabling the next stages of the Copper Hill neighbourhood to be developed," said Lake Country Mayor Blair Ireland.
The development will be presented to council on June 17 with construction to begin as early as July if the project gets a thumbs up.
Lake Country staff say once the Copper Hill subdivision is complete, the District will be looking to make the road publicly accessible.
