KelownaÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s Gracie Graham and Team Canada wonÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™t have the chance to win their third consecutive under-18 WomenÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s World Junior Championship.
On Saturday morning (Jan. 13), Canada lost 4-2 to Czechia in the semi-final in Zug, Switzerland.
Czechia took advantage of their few opportunities in the game as they won despite being out-shot 47-12 in the contest.
Graham collected an assist in the game, on Chloe PrimeranoÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™s powerplay goal.
In five games in the tournament, the Kelowna native has been a point a game player as she has a goal and four assists.
Graham and Team Canada can still medal as theyÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™ll be playing in the bronze medal game on Sunday, Jan. 14. They will be playing either the United States or Finland.
The last time Canada wasnÏã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥™t in the gold medal game of this tournament was in 2018, when they won bronze.
