Peachland council has approved a major new development featuring a five-storey mixed-use building.

The developer that built The Gateway mixed-use development on Beach Ave. is behind the new project. Council gave its approval during their Tuesday (Jan. 25) regular meeting.
香蕉视频直播淪o there were two items on the agenda,香蕉视频直播� said Schaal. 香蕉视频直播淥ne was the rezoning and council adopted that unanimously. The other item was the form and character development permit, which they also approved.香蕉视频直播�
According to Schaal, there wasn香蕉视频直播檛 much opposition to the development.
香蕉视频直播淣o one attended the public hearing, but there were a few letters that were submitted,香蕉视频直播� he added.
It香蕉视频直播檚 expected construction on the development will begin in the spring.
