Along with being a summer research intern at the BC Cancer Agency香蕉视频直播攚here she also spent much of her time volunteering香蕉视频直播擯anghali was instrumental in creating the UBC Okanagan Cancer Fighter香蕉视频直播檚 Club, and planning the UBC Okanagan Relay for Life香蕉视频直播攔aising more than $80,000 in three years.

She is also a founding member of the first campus-wide Interdisciplinary Games taking place this September. She plans to use her Pushor Mitchell award towards medical school tuition, when she applies in 2018.

Wisdom J. Tettey, Dean of the Irving K. Barber School of Arts and Sciences, says that Panghali is a worthy recipient of the prestigious prize, noting she exceeds the criteria, especially when it comes to giving back to the community.
