The Kelowna Chiefs could not weather the Kamloops Storm in a 5-2 loss at Rutland Arena on Saturday (Jan. 18).
Kamloops went up 2-0 by the 15 minute mark of the first period on goals by Nikolas Dimopoulos (4), and David Ander (3). The Chiefs outshot the Storm 40-39 and went 1-4 on the powerplay. On Jan. 17, Kelowna beat Sicamous 4-2, ending the Eagles six game win streak.
