Ballet Kelowna appeal asks community to help it take flight

Ballet Kelowna is hoping to end its season on a high note香蕉视频直播攂oth on stage and in fundraising.

The Relev茅: Help Us Rise Spring Campaign, aims to raise $75,000 by June 30. The effort got a lift thanks to the Thomas Alan Budd Foundation, which has pledged $10,000 in matching funds.

Ticket sales and government grants cover just part of the non-profit company香蕉视频直播檚 operating costs. Private donations make up about 30 per cent of Ballet Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 revenue, helping the company continue its mission of creating and sharing original Canadian dance.

The company premiered three new works in its 2024香蕉视频直播25 season, which also featured two company premieres. Off the stage, Ballet Kelowna continues to grow its community outreach with programs like the POP-UP SERIES and IN MOTION Adult Dance classes.
