Hundreds of classic cars from across North America are set to take over Penticton's iconic Lakeshore Drive.

The Peach City Beach Cruise returns from June 20 to 22.

Large crowds are expected to take in the annual weekend show, as vehicles from all eras park along Lakeshore and other parts of Penticton's downtown core. The event will kick off with a cruise from Skaha Lake to Okanagan Lake on Friday.

Live entertainment and local vendors will also be featured inside Gyro Park for the three-day show, which is organized and hosted by a board of local volunteers.

Attendees of the event can expect to see everything from 60-year-old street rods to newer muscle cars. There is even a category for commercial vehicles.

The several awards up for grabs this year will be presented during a ceremony on Sunday, June 22.

In 2024, around 775 cars were said to have registered for the event, including some from as far away as Texas.
