The Rose Valley Water Treatment Plant is now delivering water to former Lakeview System users in West Kelowna.

At the Oct. 24 Regular Council Meeting, the community was provided with an update that clean, safe, and reliable water from the new plant would be provided in two phases:
West Kelowna Estates and Sunnyside/Pritchard System users are expected to come online by the end of December.
The city has faced two major setbacks in its efforts to get the plant completed and operating; pandemic supply chain-labour challenges and the McDougall Creek wildfire.
