Power has been restored after a fire sparked an outage for 1,250 customers Wednesday morning.
ORIGINAL 9:30 a.m.
Power is out for approximately 1,250 customers in the Ranchero, Grandview Bench and Deep Creek areas.
BC Hydro reports a fire caused the outage around 9:12 .m. Wednesday, July 9.
A crew is on site at the outage west of Old Sicamous Road.
Power is anticipated to be restored by 11:30 a.m.
