Construction changes North Okanagan access routes

Coldsteam sewer work re-routes access to RDNO office

Rock drilling is moving some traffic around in Coldstream.

Sewer work on Aberdeen Road is causing some traffic pattern changes at Selkirk Drive and Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) office.

Preparations for rock drilling and removal will begin on Monday, Aug.18, at the intersection of Selkirk and Aberdeen Road.

Access to Selkirk and the RDNO offices will remain open during construction but there will be a change to the traffic pattern as shown on the diagram above.

Aberdeen Road will remain closed south of Selkirk to Middleton Way.

"Please refer to the image above to determine the best route to your home or destination," the District of Coldstream advises. "Please use caution when driving through the work area to keep crews safe."

This traffic advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29.

Questions related to construction, such as schedule and traffic management, should be directed to Chapman Industries Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥“ 250-549-2907 (office) or to 250-550-6563 (site supervisor).
