One person is dead following a collision between a motorbike and a minivan on Highway 3 near Manning Park, Monday morning.
Police were called to the scene between Sunshine Valley and the western entrance to Manning Park just after 10 a.m.
A red Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a white Toyota minivan collided, killing the motorbike rider, a 44-year-old man from Errington, Vancouver Island.
Highway 3 remains closed while police investigate.

A crash has closed Highway 3 between Hope and Princeton, Monday afternoon.
The incident happened approximately 7 km west of Manning Park.
Drivers are to expect major delays in both directions.
The Coquihalla Highway is available for an alternate route.
