To the editor:

As a recent visitor to your fine town of Kelowna thought I would share some input on the ridiculous comments and function of the HOV lane. Can香蕉视频直播檛 believe that your city is being run by such amateurs as Gail Given. The whole HOV project has been so ill thought out it香蕉视频直播檚 unbelievable. Please get somebody that thinks in real time to come up with plan B.
