10 Kelowna Rockets attending NHL development camps

NHL development camps take place from June 30-July 3

Development camps are ongoing across the NHL and 10 Kelowna Rockets are partaking with various teams.

The camps, which all 32 teams hold from June 30-July 3, are a mix of on and off ice training for teams prospects and potential future players, giving them a brief look into life in the NHL.

This year, 10 Rockets are attending camps, six draft picks and four invitees:

  • Tij Iginla Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Utah Mammoth (Drafted 1st Round, 6th Overall in 2024)
  • Carson Wetsch Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ San Jose Sharks (Drafted 3rd Round, 82nd Overall in 2024)
  • Hiroki Gojsic Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Nashville Predators (Drafted 3rd Round, 94th Overall in 2024)
  • Hayden Paupanekis Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Montreal Canadiens (Drafted 3rd Round, 69th Overall in 2025)
  • Jakub Stancl Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ St. Louis Blues (Drafted 4th Round, 106th Overall in 2023)
  • Will Sharpe Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Los Angeles Kings (Drafted 7th Round, 216th Overall in 2025)
  • Mazden Leslie Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Vegas Golden Knights (Camp Invite)
  • Dawson Gerwing Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Los Angeles Kings (Camp Invite)
  • Nate Corbet Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÖ±²¥“ Los Angeles Kings (Camp Invite)
