A low-scoring battle and a one-sided blowout were the stories of Friday's action in the Thompson-Okanagan Senior Lacrosse League.
The Kelowna Raiders rolled over the Vernon Tigers in the May 9 match-up between the two teams, winning by a score of 21-6.
Meanwhile, the Armstrong Shamrocks played a defensively-minded game against the Kamloops Rattlers and came out on top 6-3.
The Raiders are atop the regular season standings with a perfect 4-0 record. The Shamrocks are in second place with two wins and one loss in three games played. The Rattlers are third with a 1-3 record and the Tigers are in last place, having yet to win a game in three tries so far this season.
The action resumes on Friday, May 23, when the Raiders take on the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Then on Sunday, May 25, the Tigers square off against the Rattlers.
