PHOTOS: Pets parade for Pride at Kelowna's Knox Mountain

Furry friends got their chance to take Pride events

As Kelowna Pride Month goes on, it was time to shine for some animals on Saturday, June 14.

Starting at 1 p.m., a group of around 75 people with their pets paraded from the Knox Mountain Dog Park to Poplar Point Dog Beach.

After the parade, awards were handed out to the best-dressed pets in certain categories. The furry friends who won were awarded prizes from Tail Blazers and Fairfield Animal Hospital.
