With an updated estimated size of .28 hectares, the blaze near Hidden Lake is now classified as under control.
Discovered Wednesday, BC Wildfire Service reported the new status at 2 p.m. Thursday.
ORIGINAL June 11:
BC Wildfire Service has reported a new blaze north of Hidden Lake.
Discovered Wednesday, June 11, the fire is an estimated .16 hectares and rated as out of control.
The cause is under investigation.
The fire is east of Enderby in a rural area not believed to be near any structures.
