A fire sparked along Highway 97 in West Kelowna was quickly doused late Saturday morning.
West Kelowna Fire Chief Jason Brolund confirmed the blaze with Black Press Media, stating his crews attended the scene on the highway near Bering Road and stopped the fire from spreading.
Brolund said it is "likely human-caused" but an investigation is ongoing.
